We are conducting compensated phone interviews for Dementia Patients and CareGivers.  The incentive is $150 for patients, and for Caregivers is $200.

Please be advised that to be considered for this project, you will be required to show a doctor’s diagnostic form with a confirmed diagnosis.  Doctors will receive a compensation for the doctor’s note.
