At present, it is estimated that 1.5 million <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisinternational.com\/zh\/%e4%b8%ba%e4%b8%80%e5%ae%b6%e7%be%8e%e5%9b%bd%e5%9c%a8%e7%ba%bf%e4%b8%aa%e4%ba%ba%e7%90%86%e8%b4%a2%e5%85%ac%e5%8f%b8%e5%88%b6%e5%ae%9a%e5%ae%8c%e6%95%b4%e7%9a%84%e8%90%a5%e9%94%80%e7%ad%96%e7%95%a5\/\" title=\"\u4e3a\u7f8e\u56fd\u67d0\u7f51\u4e0a\u4e2a\u4eba\u91d1\u878d\u516c\u53f8\u5236\u5b9a\u5168\u65b9\u4f4d\u8425\u9500\u7b56\u7565\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"10826\">Americans are affected personally<\/a>.
