This trend continues today. &nbsp;In addition to being America\u2019s technology capital, other global technology companies have operations and R&amp;D centers in Silicon Valley. &nbsp;Leasing activity is also robust in the Valley. Tenant demand has also shown a recent increase.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u79d1\u6280\u5206\u6790\u5e08\u9884\u6d4b\u7845\u8c37\u5c06\u5f88\u5feb\u51fa\u73b0\u51e0\u79cd\u8d8b\u52bf\u3002\u5171\u4eab\u6c89\u6d78\u5f0f\u4f53\u9a8c\u5c06\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u865a\u62df\u73b0\u5b9e\u548c\u589e\u5f3a\u73b0\u5b9e\u5c06\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u6982\u5ff5\uff1a\u6df7\u5408\u73b0\u5b9e\u3002\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u5c06\u6539\u53d8\u4ea7\u54c1\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u533a\u5757\u94fe\u6280\u672f\u5c06\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d1\u5c55\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
