Ride Sharing is a transportation model that has become popular in major cities worldwide. Passengers download an app to their smartphone.  The passenger then requests a ride, and a nearby driver will accept the request.  The transaction is done through an app that manages the fare, payment and tip.  Passengers can leave reviews.  Ride Sharing apps have gained widespread popularity and have the potential to disrupt the transport industry<\/a> and consumer daily habits.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u62fc\u8f66\u670d\u52a1\u84ec\u52c3\u53d1\u5c55<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u62fc\u8f66\u98ce\u9761\u5168\u7403\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u6982\u5ff5\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ffd\u6eaf\u5230 20 \u4e16\u7eaa 40 \u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u5f53\u65f6\u6c7d\u6cb9\u77ed\u7f3a\u300220 \u4e16\u7eaa 70 \u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u5728\u80fd\u6e90\u548c\u77f3\u6cb9\u5371\u673a\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u62fc\u8f66\u518d\u6b21\u51fa\u73b0\u300221<\/span>\u82f1\u77f3<\/sup><\/span> \u4e16\u7eaa\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u9ad8\u7aef\u6280\u672f\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u521b\u65b0\u6539\u53d8\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u770b\u5f85\u62fc\u8f66\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u501f\u52a9\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u5e94\u7528\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u6253\u8f66\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u5bb9\u6613\u3002\u62fc\u8f66\u8fd8\u5229\u7528\u4e86\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u4f53\u3001\u5728\u7ebf\u670d\u52a1\u548c GPS \u5bfc\u822a\u5de5\u5177\u3002 <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The business model innovations that Ridesharing companies developed were a realtime marketplace of riders and drivers that match supply and demand, and an innovative mobile payment system.  Companiesmatch supply and demand in real-time, using GPS, mobile apps, payments technologies and passenger reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ridesharing industry is booming worldwide.  The evidence is the explosive growth of rideshare companies over the past few years.  The industry has hundreds of thousands of drivers. It also has millions of users and billions in venture capital funding. In big cities like New York<\/a> and Boston, ridesharing use is causing taxi medallions to drop in price.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8bb8\u591a\u4eba\u5c06 Lyft\u3001Uber \u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u62fc\u8f66\u670d\u52a1\u89c6\u4e3a\u51fa\u79df\u8f66\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u4e8b\u7269\uff0c\u6b63\u5728\u6539\u53d8\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u548c\u6587\u5316\u3002\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u8857\u4e0a\u53eb\u5230\u51fa\u79df\u8f66\u3002\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u8bf7\u6c42\u6c7d\u8f66\u670d\u52a1\u5e76\u5728\u51e0\u5206\u949f\u5185\u53eb\u5230\u8f66\uff0c\u8fd9\u6539\u53d8\u4e86\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vehicle ownership may decline in the coming years. Ridesharing will take up a more significant share in the transportation pie.  In the US, people may postpone buying a car because they have access to the Uber and Lyft services.  As the ridesharing industry grows, spinoffs are likely. Examples include courier services and food<\/a> delivery. Ridesharing also provides a solution to people who would not have been able to afford to own a car. It’s also a boon to those who cannot afford to use a taxi service as their primary source<\/a> of transport. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ridesharing enhances the customer experience<\/a> uniquely. After the ride, the customer rates the driver from 1 to 5 stars. The rating then goes on the driver\u2019s record and will show up the next time he or she offers to pick someone up. Lyft drivers with a score of 4.8 or lower are at risk of redundancy. For Uber, this number is 4.6.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer experience in ridesharing is relevant. Marketers can apply the lessons learned to other sharing markets such as healthcare<\/a>. Sharing platforms can also show how people buy and sell goods. Apart from customer experience, ridesharing has tremendous social benefits. This platform enhances mobility in cities everywhere.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
