A SIS conduziu um estudo global de testes de produtos em lojas nos EUA (Rochester, Chicago, Petaluma), Brasil, \u00cdndia e Pol\u00f4nia. A empresa precisava usar as descobertas para lan\u00e7ar uma campanha global de entrada e expans\u00e3o no mercado.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"JUSTIFY\">A solu\u00e7\u00e3o SIS<\/h2>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">SIS developed a two-phase study conducting 600 completed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisinternational.com\/pt\/solucoes\/solucoes-de-pesquisa-quantitativa-qualitativa\/entrevistas-por-telefone-pesquisa-de-mercado\/\" title=\"Pesquisa de mercado de entrevistas em profundidade por telefone\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"9593\">interviews per country for each research<\/a> phase. At each of the store outlets professionally trained in-store interviewers were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisinternational.com\/pt\/pesquisa-de-mercado-de-posicionamento-de-produto-b2b\/\" title=\"Pesquisa de mercado de posicionamento de produto B2B\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"9597\">positioned<\/a> in each section of the targeted product category. Shoppers who stopped at and shopped for the targeted category were observed and their behaviors were documented. After shoppers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisinternational.com\/pt\/sampling-techniques-in-qualitative-research-the-complete-guide-to-choosing-the-right-method\/\" title=\"Sampling Techniques in Qualitative Research: The Complete Guide to Choosing the Right Method\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"9596\">completed their time in the section researchers<\/a> intercepted them, screening them for qualifying criteria and soliciting their participation in a survey.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"JUSTIFY\">O impacto<\/h2>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">With observational, behavioral, and product data and insight, the client gained an understanding of the PC\/Tablet shopper experience in multi-vendor big box stores and other stores (shoppers will include PC\/tablet purchasers and non-purchasers who were considering a PC\/tablet purchase within the next 6 months).<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">The client also gained specific insights as to what <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisinternational.com\/pt\/pericia\/industrias\/pesquisa-de-mercado-no-ponto-de-venda\/\" title=\"Pesquisa de mercado de ponto de venda\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"9595\">point of sale<\/a> materials and messaging influences purchase\/consideration in-store for the manufacturer and its competitors. Other findings emerged on how shopper behavior varied by region to identify any regional specific needs that should be taken into consideration in the future, and insight into competitive threats\/substitutes.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Focus groups and an online survey were conducted following the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisinternational.com\/pt\/entrevistas-presenciais-e-online-os-pros-e-os-contras\/\" title=\"Entrevistas F2F e Online: Os pr\u00f3s e os contras\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"7461\">in-store<\/a> interviews for depth of information. In addition to achieving the study objectives, other insights emerged with regard to shelf placement, POS insights, competitive analysis, pictures, observational insight, and others.
