Het doel was om een baseline merkmonitor uit te voeren in de belangrijkste doelmarkten, namelijk de VS, Duitsland en Brazili\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of this quantitative study was to gather and analyze data relating to perceptions and expectations of the client\u2019s brand and its competitors, from end-customers who were interested in automotive topics and had a basic level of knowledge about different tire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisinternational.com\/nl\/de-neurobiologische-basis-van-consumentenkeuze\/\" title=\"Marktonderzoek naar consumentenneuromarketing\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"9587\">brands in those markets<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>De belangrijkste onderwerpen van deze kwantitatieve studie waren:<\/h3>\n<p>Ongeholpen merkbekendheid<br \/>\nGeholpen merkbekendheid<br \/>\nMediagebruik en informatiebronnen<br \/>\nAankoop- en kwaliteitscriteria<br \/>\nMerkbekendheid<br \/>\nMerkimago in een concurrerende omgeving<br \/>\nSpeciale kennis over &#039;Groene&#039; banden (=banden met lage rolweerstand), bandenlabels, etc.<br \/>\nAlign marketing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisinternational.com\/nl\/oplossingen\/ai-marktonderzoek-en-strategieconsulting\/growth-strategy-consulting-firm\/\" title=\"Growth Strategy Consulting Firm\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"9590\">strategies for growth<\/a> and advantage<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Oplossing<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">After reviewing the specifications of the project and after analyzing the project objectives in more detail, the client decided, based on SIS recommendations, to conduct this project by making use of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisinternational.com\/nl\/expertise\/industrieen\/computer-assisted-telephone-interviewing-market-research\/\" title=\"Computerondersteund telefonisch interviewen Marktonderzoek\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"9588\">computer assisted web interviews<\/a> (CAWI) online.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">De doelgroep werd gespecificeerd als de doelpopulatie bestaande uit stedelijke Amerikanen \/ Duitsers \/ Brazilianen die een auto bezaten en onderhielden en minstens \u00e9\u00e9n keer in de afgelopen 24 maanden een beslissing namen om een band te vervangen. De steekproefomvang werd ingesteld op <b>500 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisinternational.com\/nl\/oplossingen\/kwalitatieve-kwantitatieve-onderzoeksoplossingen\/telephone-interviews-market-research\/\" title=\"Telefonische diepte-interviews Marktonderzoek\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"9589\">interviews per market<\/a><\/b> met een lengte van het interview <b>tussen 15 en 20 minuten<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nadat alle projectspecificaties waren afgerond en de benodigde materialen in de lokale talen waren vertaald, programmeerde het SIS-team de vragenlijst.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As the study needed to be conducted in three different countries, continuous consultation and especially a regularly monitoring were inevitable pillars of the SIS <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisinternational.com\/nl\/oplossingen\/sis-wereldwijde-groei\/global-project-management\/\" title=\"Global Project Management Consulting\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"9591\">project<\/a> management. The German team was responsible for the direct communication with the client as well as the overall logistical implementation of the project.
