class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u7b2c\u4e8c\u7d1a\u90fd\u5e02\u306e\u6982\u8981<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p \u7d1a\u90fd\u5e02\u3092\u958b\u767a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u8cb4\u793e\u306f\u3001\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u7b2c 2 \u7d1a\u90fd\u5e02\u3068\u307f\u306a\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u676d\u5dde\u3001\u6210\u90fd\u3001\u6b66\u6f22\u3001\u5929\u6d25\u3001\u5357\u4eac\u306a\u3069\u306f\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u306e\u4e8c\u7d1a\u90fd\u5e02\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3088\u304f\u77e5\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u4e00\u7d1a\u90fd\u5e02\u307b\u3069\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u306b\u8a8d\u77e5\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u308f\u3051\u3067\u306f\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u304c\u3001\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u90fd\u5e02\u306fGDP\u3001\u4eba\u53e3\u3001\u30a4\u30f3\u30d5\u30e9\u958b\u767a\u306a\u3069\u306e\u5206\u91ce\u3067\u9a5a\u7570\u7684\u306a\u6210\u9577\u3092\u9042\u3052\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opportunities and development have traditionally occurred in populous, prosperous Eastern urban areas.&nbsp; Because of these changes, inflation and competition for employment have soared. &nbsp;At the same time, other countries in the region such as&nbsp;Vietnam&nbsp;and&nbsp;Cambodia&nbsp;have become increasingly price competitive with&nbsp;China&nbsp;in manufacturing.&nbsp; For many manufacturers, consumer prices remained steady or fell due to rising competition, but costs tended to go up due to inflation and rising wages in Eastern Chinese coastal cities and urban areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manufacturers are under more pressure than ever to turn a profit. &nbsp;Some believe that potential labor conflicts such as high profile ones at Foxconn, a leading manufacturer for Apple, may be examples illustrating how pressures in the Chinese Eastern coastal cities can impact returns and competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e8c\u7d1a\u90fd\u5e02\u306b\u9032\u51fa\u3059\u308b\u30e1\u30ea\u30c3\u30c8<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Second Tier cities have high levels of development but are not considered global cities.&nbsp; They have amenities consistent with large cities, but may have less developed infrastructure and a few more hurdles in doing business.&nbsp; Below are the advantages in considering 2nd Tier cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul develop other parts of China through programs, policies, and Free Trade Zones.&nbsp; While it was largely glossed over in the West, the plan communicated in subtle terms China\u2019s leadership\u2019s vision for economic transforming to a new sustainable economic model.&nbsp; China\u2019s economy is aiming to place a greater focus on jobs, development less developed areas of the country to help reduce inflationary pressure and lost exporting competitiveness, and promote domestic consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Policy measures suggest that China seeks to develop Western rural areas to reduce cost pressures on manufacturers while providing more opportunities for workers.&nbsp; The plan also suggests that domestic consumption is a way to make economic growth more sustainable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u7b2c\u4e8c\u7d1a\u90fd\u5e02\u306e\u4e3b\u8981\u7523\u696d\u3068\u30d3\u30b8\u30cd\u30b9\u30c1\u30e3\u30f3\u30b9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u306e\u7b2c 2
