Recruits have reported that such initiatives helped encourage and motivate them.&nbsp; The military has also modified its recruitment campaigns to include parents.&nbsp; They market both to potential soldiers and their parents.&nbsp; Recruiting officers are also instructed to meet with parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recherche sur la gestion des parties prenantes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Employers may need to realize that \u201chelicopter parents\u201d are not necessarily detrimental.&nbsp; Some initiatives that may help companies retain and recruit these \u201chelicoptered\u201d children may involve dedicating part of a company\u2019s website specifically for parents.&nbsp; Parents may be worried that their adult children may just be a number in a large organization.&nbsp; Companies may alleviate such concerns by engaging these \u201chelicopter\u201d parents rather than dismissing them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Firms like Ernst &amp; Young and Enterprise Rent-A-Car <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sisinternational.com\/fr\/developper-des-bases-de-donnees-dinformation-internationales-mon-article-de-1990\/\" title=\"D\u00e9velopper des bases de donn\u00e9es d&#039;information internationales\u00a0: Ruth Stanat en 1990\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"10739\">develop employer information<\/a> for parents.&nbsp; Southwestern and Office Depot have a special website for parents.&nbsp; Merill Lynch would invite parents for office visits.&nbsp; PNC Financial Services held events for parents of interns.&nbsp; Vanguard and Stockamp sent job offer letters to parents as well as recruits.&nbsp;
