Das New Yorker B\u00fcro von SIS International Research feierte heute die 1000. Anmietung eines Feldarbeitsplatzes in seiner Einrichtung f\u00fcr qualitative Fokusgruppenforschung im Flatiron District von Manhattan.<\/p>\n

Das 1984 gegr\u00fcndete Unternehmen hat den Bau der Einrichtung im Jahr 2006 abgeschlossen und kann Teilnehmer f\u00fcr Verbraucher-, B2B- und medizinische Studien aufnehmen. Die Einrichtung mit umfassendem Service, die nur wenige Meter vom ber\u00fchmten Flatiron Building entfernt liegt, verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber zwei voll ausgestattete Interviewr\u00e4ume und zwei Beobachtungsr\u00e4ume. Es gibt Personalvermittler, Interviewer, Analysten, \u00dcbersetzer, Projektmanager und Berichtsschreiber.<\/p>\n

SIS New York<\/a> mentioned some have had some memorable experiences at the facility over the past 5 years.<\/p>\n

President of SIS International Ruth Stanat<\/a> remarked: \u201cOne TV network shot footage for a TV show in our large room. \u00a0I remember another client asked us if we could bring a motorcycle into the facility. \u00a0A third\u00a0memorable experience was when we rearranged the entire room to position beds and medical equipment to simulate an elderly person’s bedroom.\u201d<\/p>\n

Andrew Foley, project manager, mentioned that his favorite memory was when a scene from a 2010 Jim Carey movie was filmed<\/a> a few yards from the facility and a film production crew put artificial snow along the streets in early autumn.<\/p>\n

Stanat also noted: \u201cThe Focus Group Market<\/a> has changed so much in the past years, going up and down with the financial crisis. \u00a0We have seen an uptick in requests for online methods. \u00a0But in many cases many clients still prefer to be face to face and the feeling of being able to observe respondents in-person.\u201d<\/p>\n
