The rating then goes on the driver\u2019s record and will show up the next time he or she offers to pick someone up. Lyft drivers with a score of 4.8 or lower are at risk of redundancy. For Uber, this number is 4.6.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer experience in ridesharing is relevant. Marketers can apply the lessons learned to other sharing markets such as healthcare<\/a>. Sharing platforms can also show how people buy and sell goods. Apart from customer experience, ridesharing has tremendous social benefits. This platform enhances mobility in cities everywhere.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
